A matching service cannot guarantee that every connection will happen at exactly the same speed. When another person becomes available, the conversation can begin.

Step 3: Begin with a Simple Greeting

Not every match will be suitable. Next is part of the normal random matching process. You do not need to remain in a conversation only because the match has already started. When behaviour appears to violate platform rules, use the available block or report controls instead of only switching.

New users receive a limited number of free match credits. When you select Next, the current conversation ends and the service begins looking for another available match. Next gives users control, but it should still be used respectfully.

• Moving on is a normal part of random chat

How to Leave or Report a Conversation
